This challenging project completed within 16 working weeks involved the removal the existing covered area on Level 2; construction of new suspended Level 3 slab to provide additional 260sqm floor area; erection of structural steel roof framing connecting into existing roof; roofing including complete roof replacement.

The newly created Open Terrace Area has spectacular views of the Inner West and will provide outstanding opportunities for the College for Social & Education engagements for the years to come. Being involved in such quick turn around for this project shows our commitment to deliver a project on time even on a large scale.
